"The Power Paradox” is an ongoing art series that delves into the complexities of power and the paradoxical shifts that occur when individuals or groups attain it. This body of work explores the misunderstood nature of power, which is often viewed through a Machiavellian lens, as something to be seized and maintained through force or dominance. However, drawing on modern psychological research, the series uncovers the nuanced life cycle of power.

 

Through this work, I aim to provoke dialogue on the mechanisms of power and its potential for misuse. By raising awareness of this dynamic, the series seeks to inspire more thoughtful and empathetic approaches to power, addressing imbalances across various domains—from familial relationships to political structures. My goal is to encourage a more responsible exercise of power, one that recognizes its impact on both the individual and society as a whole.
